Come along for an Art & Sip session in our cosy and relaxed studio setting, perfect for seasoned artists or complete beginners. In this session you will be recreating Art & Sip founder and local artist James Mackenzie’s original piece, Aurora Borealis 2.

Come and join Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist Bethan Marshall, otherwise known as Mary P, for an adults only Moulin Rouge dance workshop. Bethan will transport you straight to Paris as you learn some of the moves to the iconic West End musical.

Come along for an Art & Sip session in our cosy and relaxed studio setting, perfect for seasoned artists or complete beginners. In this session you will be recreating St Oswalds Fire. A piece inspired by a sunset walk along Northumbria’s coastline.

Improvisation Workshop
Join theatre company, The Paper Birds, for a fast-paced, fun, practical workshop exploring methods to devising original theatre through improvisation, creating characters, scenes and movement.

Film Making Workshop
After a short introduction into the genre and techniques for filming you will work in groups to choose a song and then, using professional filming equipment and editing tools, produce your groups very own music video.

Verbatim Theatre Workshop
A unique workshop exploring techniques in how to collect and use verbatim material to devise original theatre. Participants will learn several approaches to generating thought-provoking theatre and gain an insight into the company's creative practice.

Join industry expert Taylor Phillips for our stage makeup masterclasses. We bring you two masterclasses for different ages. In each masterclass you’ll be taught a stunning makeup look and have the opportunity to replicate yourself after the demonstration.

Creative Education: Sense of Self
This workshop uses drama, language games and creative writing to draw ‘zines’ all about you! Using a mix of art materials led experiments, the children will make magazines which develop communicating who they are and facilitates sharing that with others.
