School's Panto Travel Fund

Terms and conditions of the fund

1. This fund is open to any educational establishment whose percentage of students receiving free school meals is equal to 17% or higher.

2. To ensure fairness, we will be using the Government 'Get Information about Schools' to verify FSM percentages for applying schools. If your schools FSM statistics are not present on this website, or you think the number is incorrect, we will request other evidence so we can proceed with your application.

3. This fund is available on school bookings of 40 students and over.

4. This fund is designed to support schools in attending our 2026 pantomime, Cinderella, therefore, to apply you must be planning to attend.

5. Each bursary is £200 as a set amount; we cannot offer any more than £200 per school.

6. Each school may only apply once. If your school is split over multiple sites but registered as a single establishment then you may only apply once.

7. The fund is to support travel of any form, this could be a coach, mini busses, cover costs to allow teachers to walk the students here, public transport, or any form of travel that gets you to the Theatre for panto.

8. Funds will be released when full payment for Cinderella has been received.

9. We will contact you within two weeks of your application.

10. After your trip to see Cinderella you will be sent an evaluation document, we would encourage schools who receive this fund to complete the evaluation so the project can continue to grow.

11. If you do not book tickets or cancel your booking for Cinderella, your application will be withdrawn.

12. Applications will be processed as they arrive, and the fund may close when we have received the maximum number of applications.
