A complex containing 2 large open-plan accessible dance, movement and performance spaces. Coval Lane Studios is a high-quality, multi-purpose performing arts studio, featuring its own self-contained kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as fully step-free access.

Available for hire to a diverse range of performing arts organisations in Chelmsford and Mid Essex to utilise throughout the year for rehearsals, workshops or other creative pursuits.
